17 June will see the fourth of one of Amsterdam’s most intimate festivals – FestiFest – as it once again welcomes an international helping of selectors to Noordlicht Cafe.
Tucked away in the NDSM, the sun seems to always shine at the greenery filled space. In the spirit, FestiFest will be doing a variety of new activities in order to curb CO2 emissions and do their part to maintain the environment, here and abroad – no generators, only green energy, no beef, and the adoption of Bolivian rainforest. Of course, that won’t hinder all the other perks to the event – good food, cold water, special effects, and (of course) music.
This year, FestiFest will be one of the few summer festivals to host Midland. Frequently seen on the big festival stages, this intimate performance is one for the books. Also on hand will be Eskimo Recordings boss Prins Thomas who will be making his second appearance at the event. Panoramabar regular, and FestiFest resident, Soundstream will be making his fourth appearance, as well as the reclusive influencers Idjut Boys, who make their return to Netherlands since 2009.
