DJ Rocca returns to Roam Recordings with two new originals backed by an all star set of remixers, including I:Cube and The Emperor Machine.
The title track ‘Slide to Unlock’ is a pretty tune that builds a swirling arpeggio under a beautiful electronic melody. In contrast, ‘Uros’ is a huge gritty track with attitude. Up first on remix support is the legendary I:Cube who takes ‘Uros’ into hypnotic ethereal territory in a perfectly woven masterpiece. Rounding out the EP is another legend, The Emperor Machine, who twists ‘Slide to Unlock’ into a beautiful electronic disco version full of bounce and analog goodness. All four tracks combine into a diverse yet cohesive EP of stunning dance music electronics.
