Trikk is a Portuguese electronic musician based in London. His music has been released by a number of different labels, which include Terrain Ahead, Con+ainer Music, ManMakeMusic, and Pets Recordings. Now the Londoner is set to release a new two-tracker on Berlin imprint Lossless dubbed the Internacional EP. Today we’re premiering the ‘Black Version’ of its main track Proto-Rhyt.
He emerged from the underground scene in Oporto, a city gathering a reputation as an incubator for underground movements and as the ultimate inspirational city for musicians of obscured styles. Trikk was praised as a young talent and regarded by many as the new star to look out for. After releasing on labels such as Pets Recordings and Man Make Music and remixing on Hotflush Recordings nothing was left to prove. As a personal challenge, he moved to London where he now spends his days producing music.
