Snowbombing, the hit off-season festival destination for many Europeans, has jus released its first wave of artists. And things are looking swell, with a range of artists from all corners of the dance music industry, Snowbombing has once again been able to keep its diverse crowd interested.
From 4-9 of April 2016, Snowbombing will transform the sleepy Alpine town of Mayrhofen into a dance music haven, with smash-headliner The Prodigy leading the way for a finetuned selection of house and techno artists.
The first names that are dropped on the house end of the spectrum are Andy Cato and Tom Findlay, aka Groove Armada, who will be taking the stage at the annual Street Party, which will again take place in the heart of Mayrhofen.
The mighty Racket Club will feature the likes of breakthrough act Hannah Wants and fellow dance floor heavyweights Wilkinson, Ben Pearce and Bondax.
Other names that will get the buzz for next year’s edition going are Hot Since 82, Berghain trooper Marcel Dettmann, musical jack-of-all-trades Henrik Schwarz and living Chicago legend Kerri Chandler.
The first wave doesn’t stop there though, as Heidi, Huxley, T Williams, Will Saul and Belfast compadres Bicep are also joining the line up.
All of this musical prowess can be enjoyed in the most amazing settings to come across at a festival, including a sky-high igloo, forest clearings, medieval barns and of course the inevitable après ski bars. With many more artists to announce by Snowbombing, those who want to be reassured of their attendance early can buy their accomodation + ticket packages at the official website.
