Breach aka Ben Westbeech has seen the steady growth of his label ‘Naked Naked,’ with a prolific set of releases, both his own, as well as from the likes of Midland, Dark Sky, and Dusky.

However, beyond releasing on ‘Naked Naked,’ Breach has been featured on Ramp/PTN, Pets Recordings,Dirtybird, and Aus which have set his production and DJ career into ascension. Now, with Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) on the horizon, the agenda shows no sign of slowing down, touring as well as an increasing number of collaborators making the journey to his fully loaded Amsterdam studio.

For ADE, Breach will be playing on 20 October at Lotgenoten x AUS Music alongside Ben Sims, Boddika, Matthew Dear, Tom Trago, and Will Saul. Ahead of that event, we thought Breach would be a perfect Amsterdam ADE Insider.

Amsterdamse Bos

Deco Spa
The perfect place to get rid of any post party blues and a great body detox. Enjoy the art deco Parisian interior and chilled atmosphere. My tip is doing the plunge pool after avery sauna or steam. They also do a nice fruit salad.

G’s brunch
The best Bloody Mary and brunch in town. you can go to one of two branches, Goudbloemstraat or Linnaeusstraat. Or do the brunch boat on Friday, Saturday or Sunday…Also top that off by going to their bar for a pre gig drink where you can order a Dr Westbeech (yes, I have my own drink on the menu) visit www.gsreallyniceplace.com for all info…

Go for an outdoor swim in Amsterdamse Bos
One of the greatest parts of nature Amsterdam has to offer and The Grote Vijver is perfect for swimming in (even when it gets a bit colder). See if you can find the goat farm in the middle of the forest after a nice swim.

Cafe Modern
Go and get dinner at cafe modern. They serve an amazing 5 course menu, I’d also suggest trying the cheese board, with a great wine selection. One of my favourite restaurants in Amsterdam hands down. You take the ferry to the North from Centraal station.

Cafe de Dokter

Drink a whiskey at Cafe de Dokter
Opened in 1798 this is one of my favourite bars in the city and I think may be the smallest. The whiskey selection is on point and the bar is the definition of gezelligheid! That’s a word you should also get to know before visiting Amsterdam.
