This past Sunday, June 7, we headed to Amsterdam’s Gaasperpark to bask in sun and beats for the second day of Amsterdam Open Air 2015.
What was a gorgeous day, as part of a gorgeous weekend, brought the colours out as thousands of electronic music fans packed the 10 diverse stages over the course of 11 hours. Everything from hard techno to deep house and, even, EDM was represented as some of the Netherland’s best promoters, including Straf_Werk and Format, curated their respective stages.
We started off with a casual walk around, yet found ourselves drawn to the aforementioned stages as the likes of Catz N’ Dogz, Tensnake, De Sluwe Vos banged out Straf_Werk, while Ben Sims, Pär Grindvik, and Surgeon crushed Format.
All in all, the festival was a welcome breath of fresh air as its joyful, colourful atmosphere emanated through the trees, with smiles abound and vibes to spare. We tried to paint a decent picture of this with a handful of photos, which you can find in the gallery below.
If you were there, let us know some of your AOA2015 highlights!
