With Pixar dropping the first trailer to the sequel of Finding Nemo, ‘Finding Dory’, the world was treated to a rather funny and bizarre anecdote by The Roots’ ?uestlove.
The Finding Dory trailer led ?uestlove, who besides taking to the drums is also a regularly booked DJ, to take to Twitter, telling his followers that he was once “fired” from a dj gig by the almighty Prince in a nightclub. After cutting the music, ?uestlove was shocked again when he saw the reason for his firing: so that Prince could watch Finding Nemo on the club’s screen.
This is taking the term ‘nightmare booking’ to a whole new level.
