Next week it’s ON! We’re counting down the days before DGTL Festival will kick off on April 19. One of the final podcasts in the run-up to the event comes from Berlin-based globetrotter Oliver Koletzki. Stil vor Talents label head will be playing at the Audio stage on the second day of the festival, together with the likes of andhim, Super Flu and Eelke Kleijn.

After a succesful first edition last year, DGTL will return on April 19 and 20 with its long-awaited (now two-day!) spring festival at the NDSM Docklands. With 81 first-class DJs lined up, the organization is set on breaking some records, including its own, and treat Amsterdam to one of the first big highlights of the festival season. So what can we expect music wise? Well there’s something for everybody’s taste, but quality will of course be the common factor that binds the festival. Expect soulful, funky tunes at the Crew Love area (Soul Clap,  Wolf + Lamb, PillowTalk), rough tech-house at the Digital stage (Jamie Jones, Hot Since 82, Pan-Pot) or go deeeep at the Phono stage (Finnebassen, Adana Twins, Prunk). In total there are six stages, each with its own unique character and style.

During the festival the founder of Stil Vor Talent, Oliver Koletzki will be laying down his deeply melodic sound that has made its mark on the global dance scene for the better part of the last decade. ‘I am O.K.‘ reads the title of Koletzki’s upcoming album. In 2014, after 26 years as a musician, he clearly achieved what he set out to do. In the spring his new album drops, he’s touring the US, and then he’ll be moving the studio and office to Berlin’s Holzmarkt. Hypothetically he could have a bit of a rest, but he wouldn’t think of it, cause he’s having way too much fun.
