is a Swiss expat who is currently finishing his MA in Journalism at the University of Amsterdam. His musical preferences have transcended a number of genres through the years. Starting as a young kid with his sister’s Fugees tapes and his brother’s Rolling Stones vinyls he went on to form his own band playing Blues-Rock during his school age. It was not until he moved in with Zurich’s hometown boy DJ Jimi Jules that Philippe started to be immersed in the world of electronical sounds. As a music journalist he has interviewed people from such a diverse background as the Chilenian tribal house pioneers Matanza and living Blues legend Johnny Winter.
